5 At-home Workouts We Can’t Get Enough Of

Although the governor has allowed gyms to reopen in Ohio, we’re still a bit hesitant to be around so many sweaty people. Plus, we’ve been loving the convenience of our home workouts! Here are our five favorite workouts that require no equipment:


ABS & BUTT WORKOUT BY POPSUGAR FITNESS AND BRITTNE BABE

UPPER BODY & CORE WORKOUT WITH DR. LA THOMA GUSTIN

Length: 50 minutes Impact level: 2/5 Good for: Core stability & shoulder strength with no equipment!

YOGA FOR STRESS RELIEF BY YOGA WITH ADRIENE

Length: 35 minutes Impact level: 1/5 Good for: Active recovery days & stretching out your fatigued muscles!
